For the attention of the Invoicing Department

The processing of supplier invoices for Saint-Gobain Sekurit ČR spol. s r.o. is about to change. It will be centralized and automated.

All your invoices must, as of that date, be sent to an address that we will be communicating to you very shortly.

All other correspondence outside of your invoices must continue to be sent direct to the corresponding plants: Saint-Gobain Sekurit ČR spol. s r.o.

In order to work with us in this process of change without prejudice to yourselves, the following information must systematically be shown on your invoices:

- Our Order no. on the invoices

- If your service has not been the subject of an order (and in that case alone), the accounting entry that will have been communicated to you by your contact at Saint-Gobain.

No invoice from you can be processed unless this information is shown on it. Please note this carefully so as to avoid any subsequent problem.

In addition, we request you to add the following information to your invoices:

- Delivery note no. (for delivered goods)

- Name of company to be invoiced : Saint-Gobain Sekurit ( SGSCR S.R.O)

- For credit notes, the invoice no. referred to

- VAT tax rate

The following rules must be complied with:

- Only one invoice must be issued per order unless it involves several deliveries, in which case one invoice per delivery or one invoice per accounting entry

- Only one copy of the invoice to be sent

- A4 format only

- No handwritten invoices

Since the input of supplier invoices for Saint-Gobain Sekurit is to be automatic, the efficient processing of your invoices can only be ensured if you show this information on your documents. Any missing information will be processed manually which will penalise its recording in the accounts. Please bear this in mind.
