SGSCR activities in the environment field

Company SGSCR applies the Environment Politicy to safe the environment. Our efforts and commitments are embedded in the Charter EHS – document of glass concern Saint-Gobain declaring endeavour to achieve a „Target Zero“: 0 industrial injury, 0 vocational disease and 0 non-recycle waste.

The main environmental aspects of our production are emission discharge and waste output. In the field of climate safety are all the emissions regurarly measured and analysed. In case of waste output management we implemented a Complex System of Waste Policy. The main task is to ensure the most possible recycling or waste reusing. Here cooperates our company with an external one, who practises this Complex System in our plant. The result today is as follows: just 0,5% of waste output is placed on a dumping ground. 99,5% of waste is either recycled or energeticaly processed.
